Credit Rating AA+ : Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has announced CPA Credit Rating (surveillance) 2019-2020 of the Company "AA+" along with a stable outlook in consideration of audited financial statement of the Company December 31, 2018 also un-audited financial statement up to 30th June 2019 and other relevant quantitative. Rating "AA+" indicates very high claim paying ability (CPA), sound financial & technical performance and sound solvency position.
Stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2018 has been credited to the respective shareholders' BO accounts on July 14, 2019. The payment of cash dividend and the sale proceeds of the fraction bonus shares will be distributed within the stipulated time.

ICMAB BEST CORPORATE AWARD-2015: Eastland Insurance Company Limited has been awarded best corporate award 2015 in non-life insurance sector by the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB)
Mr. Arun Kumar Saha, Managing Director received the award from Mr. Abul Mal Abdul Muhith, Honble Minister, Ministry of Finance at a function at Dhaka on 26th October, 2016.

The executives of Claims Department promptly rush to the spot of incident accompanied by a government licensed surveyor and take all necessary steps to minimize loss. Partial on account payment on the basis preliminary survey report is also paid to the insured considering severity of loss.
The company has settled claims amounting over Tk. 3,817 million so far. During the year 2022 we have settled 253 number of claims for Tk. 379.06 million on account of fire, marine, motor and miscellaneous insurance business.
