Eastland Insurance Company Limited has signed a Bancassurance Agreement with United Commercial Bank PLC

United Commercial Bank PLC has signed a Bancassurance Agreement with Eastland Insurance Company Limited. The signing ceremony was held on 12.05.2024 at UCB Corporate Head Office. Through this agreement, UCB will be able to sell non-life insurance products of Eastland to bank’s customers. This agreement will also facilitate Eastland to reach a significant number of UCB customers.

Mr. Arif Quadri, Managing Director & CEO of United Commercial Bank PLC and Mr. Shahid-E-Monzoor Morshed, Chief Executive Officer (CC) of Eastland Insurance Company Limited signed the agreement.

Mr. ATM Tahmiduzzaman FCS, Additional Managing Director & CS; Mr. Mohammed Khorshed Alam, Deputy Managing Director; Mr. Mohammad Shafiqur Rahman, Head of Retail Business Division; Mr. ATM Tajmilur Rahman, Chief Bancassurance Officer of UCB and Mr. Golam Hafez, Additional Managing Director;Md. Shariar Siddque, Deputy Managing Director; Mr. Aminul Islam, Deputy Managing Director of Eastland Insurance Company Limited and other officials from both the organizations were present in the agreement ceremony.
